First of all: New key textures!
now something that happens occasionally are scams, although you have made /rename not work on keys there are still a few people with stacks and stacks of old keys allowing people to believe they are the keys from now (before the merge) so i suggest adding some new keys textures to prevent this. I have added some ideas at the bottom in the order of Vote, Rare, Legendary, Vehicle, Mythical and Spawner.
2. ./addlore
./lore, a familiar command to OG alpha rank players which allowed people to add a lore to items of their choosing but was unfortunately removed due to exploiting of the lore like again making fake items that seemed valuable. I say we re-add this command with some limitations of not allowing it on tripwire hooks, not allowing to have names of ANY enchantment or effects to prevent falsely enchanted items and maybe some further restrictions to BUT i think it should be bumped down to Tron/ Stark ranks only.
3. Your own links!
in the server you see many people asking "how do i become staff" or "how do i make a suggestion" and sometimes people struggle understanding how to find links so why don't you allow people to send links to your own website because it will help other players and it wont be advertising another server, because it's your website!
4. ./nick
now i know you have already extended the /nick character limit to 100 from 60 but it's still too little for players that want gradient-ed nicks as every letter of a nick that is gradient-ed can take up to 10 characters at a minimum making it only a 10 character name so maybe try extending it to 150 or maybe even 200! to make players have more creative and colourful names (maybe make it so players cannot make a name over 60 characters without a <#rrggbb> colour code)
5. Crates Opening Animation
when opening a crate (not an event one) it will pop up with a GUI that constantly changes between all the rewards but it's completely unskippable so i think that you should either make a command that stops this and just gives the item(s) instantly, or add a skip button in the GUI to well... skip the animation because i see MANY people opening crate keys in mass quantities and it takes them hours all due to the animation
6.Fix the chain mail texture, PLEASE!
as people know, Mythical armor is all chain mail due to texture complications but mythical armor have a special item texture and armor entity texture whilst chain mail armor has the same armor entity texture, the item texture is broken and shows as a MISSING TEXTURE item which looks really weird so please... fix this
7. DARK MODE - I BEG OF YOU
this website is very bright so please. Add a dark mode...
8. ./pwarp
like the old pwarp system please make it possible to do /pw instead of /pwarp as it's just easier lol (added :})
9. Discord Suggestions
#server-info and #vanilla-info are 2 channels, one for pixel-mon one for the earth servers, these channels are COMPLETELY blank and either need deleting or added info to em
#polls is not used enough so please-make some polls :}
@pinging in-game - pinging people from all 6 chat channels should be disabled (these channels are #fairy-chat, #fairy-gts, #pixie-chat, #pixie-gts, #blue-chat and #red-chat) because it's annoying being in-game and getting pinged in the discord server at the same time
#leaks needs using more, pleaseeeeeeeee :}
#role-claim needs some more information to it as many people have no idea what they do and end up getting confused when they cant do something other players can do such as making tickets

Have you got any examples or mockups which you could show us? - the crate key texture ideas are below also thanks so much for reading my suggestions and i bet you are fed up of how long they are but you'll be glad to know that i don't have anymore so far but i will be updating this with some more QOL features if i see any to be made thank you.
PS. sorry that the textures are so small but they are 16x16 pixels so you may need to zoom in
